“Family Law matters are often emotionally and financially traumatic, with many moving parts. Aside from the legal issues and developing a clear strategy, my passion is supporting my client’s long-term goals and helping them navigate their new path with integrity.”
Courtney brings over twenty years of legal experience to her Family Law practice. She is a solution-oriented thinker dedicated to providing respectful and compassionate representation in all areas of Family Law. Courtney represents clients in complex and high net-worth divorces and legal separation, parenting and support matters, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, co-habitation agreements, committed intimate relationships and post-dissolution matters.
Due to her extensive litigation experience, Courtney recognizes the value of resolving disputes outside of court and focuses her practice on alternative dispute resolution models such as mediation and Collaborative Law to provide the best legal option and resolution for each of her clients.
